I request the permission for participation. The congress is free of charge for members of national Parliaments, Ministries, Ambassies, Armed Forces, Organisations for Security and Defence and Press. Other participants have to pay the congress charge of 895,- Euro* per person excl. tax.

Comments:

* In the case of cancelling within a period of only two weeks ahead of the Congress, an administrative fee of the amount of 50 Euro (tax not included) will be charged. If that deadline should not be met or if the registered person should not show up at the Congress, the complete amount of the costs will be due. As the invitation is not personalised, it goes without saying that this participant can be replaced by any other person.
